FRINGE SPIN OFF FINALISTS ANNOUNCED
29.01.10The four finalists in the Fringe Spin Off DJ competition have been announced. DJs Adrian Van Der Ploeg, Bunyip, Sanchez (pictured) and Kartel Kids will all spin off on Fri Feb 5 at Sugar Nightclub and the winner will play at the Fringe Opening Party a fortnight later. Previous winners in the event’s four-year history include Track Team, The Carter Bros and Well Being, who have all gone to bigger and better things since winning the prestigious competition.
The winner of the Spin Off will then play to more than 80,000 people at the Fringe Opening Party joining Art Vs Science, Killaqueenz, The Killgirls and Canvas Kites at Rymill Park on Fri Feb 19 for Adelaide’s massive free party that opens the Fringe.
The Fringe Spin Off kicks off at 9pm on Fri Feb 5 at Sugar and Shep will host the night. Entry is $5 or free if you’re a Fringe Benefits member.
