ELECTRIC CIRCUS’ MIDSUMMER REPLACEMENT

Two events at the Electric Circus Complex will replace the Midsummer Circus festival on Sun Jan 10. The two events will split the headlining acts that were due to appear at the scrapped festival at Morphettville Race Course.

The first event is Arcade that will be on two levels (Electric Circus and Limbo) and will feature 2 Many DJs, Fake Blood, The Proxy and locals Harris Robotis, Loot & Plunder, Def Starr and Aaronak in the Electric Circus area. On the Limbo floor Jackbeats, Treasure Fingers and Riton will be the internationals. Tickets are $35 plus booking fee. The other event, Bananas, will be at Rocket Bar and will feature internationals Krafty Kuts, Sinden, Rennie Pilgrem and MC Chickaboo. Tickets are $35 plus booking fee. Electric Circus’ Operations Manager Evan Coghlan said that “instead of depriving Adelaide of these quality acts, the promoters have decided to run a massive one-off club-based event to bring in 2010 with a bang! This will quite possibly be one of the largest DJ line ups ever to play a boutique three-level night club in the Southern Hemisphere”. Doors for both events will open at 9pm and you must enter by 11pm.
